DISCLAIMER
By participating in the tournament, the player agrees to abide by our code of conduct, along with the tournament rules as stated below. Some situations may occur beyond that which is written in this page, the Claxon team will make decisions accordingly with this page in mind. All rules are to be defined by the respective management teams of Claxon. This page may be amended with reasonable notice given to participants.
LOGISTICS
- Teams are limited to no more than:
- 5 Main Players
- 2 Substitutes
- A minimum of the following players must be present in the Discord Server:
- 1 Appointed Team Captain
- All participating Team Members
- The Team Captain is thus required to submit the team lineup in the Discord Server, stating clearly the:
- Team Name
- Participant Names
- Participant Unique Identification Number (UID)
- Participant's Discord Tag
- Lineup changes are only in order if, but not limited to:
- Participant experiences technical difficulties
- Participant's health is at risk
- Participant is deemed unable to continue
- Lineup changes will be avoided this season
PRE-MATCH
- Spectating staff will be announced upon release of match timing
- Team Captains are to add the given staff as a friend
- Room to be made 10 minutes before scheduled timing [All qualifier matches are self hosted]
- Only Team Captains will be invited
- Team Captains are to invite the rest of their team
- Usage of players with the following may result in disqualification:
- Unregistered username
- Mismatching UID
- An extra 5-10 minutes may be given by the moderator for late-coming
MID-MATCH
- All matches to be streamed with a minimum delay of 1 minute
- “Stream-sniping” is strictly prohibited
- The use of emulators, 3rd party software, and any form of virtual augmentation is strictly prohibited
POST-MATCH
- For Self Host Matches:
- Match Results Screenshots are required to be submitted after each match ends.
- Results should be posted within 12 hours of the match end.
- Any team (loser or winner) has the right to post the match results in the required channel.
- Matches hosted by Claxon Staff:
- Further information to be disseminated by staff
- Results to be released shortly, with no expected timing
- Results are final, unless over-ruled by a Technical Director
- Miscalculations may be appealed through relevant staff
DISQUALIFICATION
- Players may be disqualified for, but not limited to:
- Failure to uphold decorum
- Failure to adhere to the above mentioned rules
- Attempt at cheating
- Blacklisted player use
MATCH ELIGIBILITY
- Matches may be voided for, but not limited to:
- Technical difficulties
- Server difficulties
- More than 2 disputes per team
- Insufficient players
INSUFFICIENT PLAYERS
- Teams are allowed to play in a 4v5 setting if the following conditions are met:
- Both team captains give consent
- Match setting is not a kill-dependent gamemode (as listed below)

Team A will be the upper seed team in a bracket. Team B will be the lower seed team in a bracket
- For BO3:
- Team A will ban 1 map from Map Pool
- Team B will ban 2 maps from Map Pool
- Team A will ban 1 map from Map Pool
- Total 4 maps will be banned
- For Hardpoint:
- Team A will choose map from remaining 3 maps
- Team B will choose side
- For Search and Destroy:
- Team A will choose map from remaining 2 maps
- Team B will choose side
- For Domination:
- Match will be played in the last remaining map
- Team B will choose side
- For BO5:
- Team A will ban 1 map from Map Pool
- Team B will ban 1 map from Map Pool
- Total 2 maps will be banned
- For Hardpoint:
- Team A will choose map from remaining 5 maps for Game 1
- Team B will choose side
- Team B will choose map from remaining 4 maps for Game 4

LOADOUT RESTRICTIONS
Players are prohibited from using any of the items specified below at any point during a match.
Failure to comply with this list may result in forfeiture of that game or repeated breaking of rules can lead to whole match DQ.
All players are encouraged to record all matches played in order to have evidence to provide to an Administrator if their opponent is accused of using any item that appears on the list below, during their match.
